The True T-24GC Solid Slide Lid Glass and Plate Chiller/Froster has a large storage capacity to meet the supply and demand during peak hours. Trues' extra-large evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser to maintain cabinet temperatures of 0°F (-17.7°C) and below. The exterior of this (1) solid slide door chiller/froster is made of heavy duty, wear resistant black vinyl on the sides and front with a matching black aluminum back. The interior cabinet is made of long lasting, heavy duty galvanized steel. Forced air cooling and positively guided airflow provide efficiently balanced temperatures throughout the cabinet. This unique design ensures fast frosting of dry glasses and plates. The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The T-24GC has (2) heavy duty PVC coated shelves that are adjustable. A split shelf design allows for effective rotation of chilled smallware. Keep chilled plates and glasses on one side, while chilling dry product on the other side. The unit can accommodate (90) 10 inch plates or (85) 10 ounce steins.
