This full height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door that provides visibility of the content of the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door and is set on (4) 5 inch casters.
The bottom mount control module can be set to 3 different settings - holding, proofing and combination. Module is removable without tools for easy cleaning and servicing. Cabinet has a temperature range of 80°F to 190°F and can hold up to (18) 18 inch by 26 inch sheet pans or (34) 12 inch by 20 inch by 2-1/2 inch sheet pans on 1-1/2 inch increments.
