Due to the density of cake batters, this pan will not leak. The anodized aluminum is non-reactive and will never peel, rust, flake or chip. This pan is also perfect for bar type cookies and brownies since de-panning is as easy as pushing through the bottom. The pan is freezer safe and oven safe up to 550°F. This product measures at 3 inches tall with a 6 inch diameter.
