Champion DH-6000T-VHR Genesis Dishwasher is a door type dishwasher with extended hood and ventless heat recovery. With a capacity of 40 racks per hour, 90 second cycle time and using 0.73 gallons per rack it preserves space, water, chemicals and energy while producing sparkling clean dishes. A built-in booster heater ensures 180F rinse for high temperature sanitizing. Easy to operate with a touch screen interface, on-board diagnostics and auto start when hood is closed. Safety features include sleep programmable heater shut off, door interlock and mounted pressure reducing valve. Stainless steel construction with electric tank heat, peg rack, flat rack, 2 HP self draining pump, interchangeable upper and lower spray arms, automatic drain valve, vent fan control, bottom mounted HMI controls and mounted water PRV.
