The Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD Bakerlux LED Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is made of heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door. It features digital touch controls for time, temperature & humidity, (3) shelves, a 10 hour timer or continuous on, 3 baking steps, auto shut-off when door is opened, (1) automatically reversible fan, (2) fan speeds, interior LED light, & extra large motor. It saves up to (99) programs including 12 "Quick Access" programs. It holds (3) 1/2 size sheet pans (not included) and has a 1.6 cubic feet interior. A light flashes and unit beeps at end of cooking cycle. Includes electro valve for direct water connection.
